Positive: I loved everything. My kids especially loved the courtyard, very spacious, clean and private, and with the parking space too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washing machine was useful and it has space to hang clothes outside. Very relaxing, I wish I stayed longer!

Positive: One of the cutest vacation homes we ever had! The house and the garden look really great (photos on booking.com are accurate). Everything is thought through and is made handy and with good taste. 1. Very responsive host - we got answers to our questions (via booking.com chat) within a couple of hours. 2. Clean house, not big but so cute! Everything is so nicely decorated. Kudos to the host - he has very good taste. 3. Very good and handy terrace in front of the house - we loved having breakfast and lunch there. There is also a bbq place and a pizza oven there. 4. Small plates restaurant Μεζετζίδικον Βογιατζής just 20 meters away - really good place, you can eat there for 10E per person. Two supermarkets at about 5 min walking distance. 5. Close to the airport: about 10 min drive. Easy to find location. Close to highway, but far enough from it not to get bothered by the cars.

Negative: 1. The village itself is rather boring - not much to do there except beaches and restaurants. 2. You can hear airplanes landing at Iraklion airport.

Positive: The place was surprisingly spacious. The yard was huge and had growing pomegranates, grapes and bananas. The yard terace was under a roof which made it very convenient to relax on during the hot hours. The aparment itself was also huge and had very comfortable spaces for 5 persons, though one of the beds was the sofa in the living room. The bathroom had a tub which the kids loved. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and was in great shape. Just a close walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Very, very affordable compared to the quality.

Summary: A wonderful, luxurious and affordable apartment near Heraklion and Knossos.
